The T1 TOCADERO is an advanced, online TOC analyzer using high-temperature (1,200 °C) catalytic combustion via platinum wire—delivering precise, ultra-fast measurements across a wide concentration range. This device supports embedded predictive maintenance and modern connectivity, making it ideal for applications ranging from ultrapure pharmaceutical waters to industrial wastewater management.

The PLGA-1000 Process Laser Gas Analyzer is designed to measure hydrocarbons and other gases contained in process gases at petrochemical plants. The PLGA-1000 uses proprietary technology to measure low concentrations of acetylene (C2H2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) contained as impurities in high concentration methane (CH4) and ethane (C2H6) which are material gases, continuously at high speed and with high sensitivity . This contributes to improvements in productivity, cost, and quality in the manufacturing process, as well as reducing environmental impact.

The Multi-Component Gas Analyzer VA-5000 Series is an all-round gas analyzer that satisfies measurement needs as required for environmental monitoring, energy development support, quality controls, and as a continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS). The VA-5000 Series Gas Analyzer can be configured with up to 4 detector modules within a single case. Many combinations of sensor modules with a wide selection of ranges allows this series of analyzers to be used for a variety of applications.

The Multi-Component Gas Analyzer is available as a 19-inch panel mount version (VA-5000) and as a wall mounted type analyzer (VA-5000WM) that enables to install in a limited installation space.

The optional VS-5000 Sample Gas Conditioning System is designed to support the VA-5000 Analyzer by proving the optimal sample conditions for measurement.

TX-100 is HORIBA’s in-situ laser-based HCl analyzer with a probe type optical system. The TX-100 is suitable for monitoring HCl concentrations in incineration plant flue gas streams and for the control of HCl removal processes.

Ideal for aeration control and management in biological reaction tanks. It is equipped with a function that can diagnose the sensor degradation state by measuring the membrane resistance. Additionally, the reliability of measured values has been improved through the ability to perform continuous measurements while diagnosing deterioration.

The UV500 is an on‑line water analyzer with a high‑resolution 2048‑pixel UV‑visible spectrograph (180–750 nm) enabling simultaneous multi‑parameter monitoring (COD, BOD, TOC, NO₃, PO₄, colour, turbidity, Cr VI). Optional UV‑visible fluorescence for PAH detection, integrated nephelometric turbidity via laser diode, and a xenon flash lamp rated for >10⁹ flashes with automatic acid‑based cleaning ensure reliable, low‑maintenance operation in wastewater treatment, river monitoring, and chemical process control applications.

The EL200 is a rugged, modular water quality controller capable of handling a wide range of probes for measuring key parameters such as pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, chlorine, turbidity, TSS, and temperature—all within a weather-resistant enclosure for field and process environments. It features intuitive touch-screen control, multi-channel flexibility, and both local and remote interface options.

The 51 Series comprises rugged, explosion-proof gas analyzers tailored for flammable or classified locations. Certified to major safety standards, these units use infrared, thermal conductivity, magneto-pneumatic, or paramagnetic methods to measure CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and other gases with uncompromised safety and accuracy.

The ENDA-5000 Series are compact stack gas analysis systems offering continuous, simultaneous, high‑precision measurement of NOₓ, SO₂, CO, CO₂, O₂, CH₄, and N₂O using drift‑free cross‑modulated NDIR and magneto‑pneumatic detectors. Featuring an intuitive touch‑panel interface and easy‑maintenance design, they ensure reliable emissions monitoring for boilers, incinerators, and power plants.

The PG-300 is a compact and lightweight gas analyzer designed to measure up to five different gas components simultaneously. Its ability to provide precise measurements has been proven in both field and laboratory applications. Excep standard measurement components, the PG-300 series can provide measurement of GHGs such as methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), facilitating GHG research and emission monitoring. With a 20% reduction in weight compared to previous PG model, the addition of shock-resistant side guards, and IP42 Ingress Protection as option the PG-300 is a robust analyzer suitable for field use. For more demanding monitoring applications like gas turbines, boilers, and incinerators, an optional preconditionong utilities such as electronic cooler, drain separator, drain pot are available for long-term measurements. The versatility of the PG-300 series makes these analyzers suitable for investigating environmental issues, testing stack emission, evaluating catalyst performance, and controlling process gas streams. 

There has been a growing concern regarding particulate matter (PM) pollution and its effects on health. For effective preventative measures, the determination of source PM concentration is extremely important. Therefore, indication of PM and elemental concentrations is critical. The PX-375 analyzer employs automatic sampling, continuous on-line PM quantitative and qualitative analysis for rapid air pollution measurements.

The AP-380 Series Air Quality Monitors utilize the trace concentration gas measurement technology that HORIBA has cultivated over 60 years in air pollution monitoring and measurement to achieve high-sensitivity continuous measurement in the ppb to ppm range. It can be used not only for air pollution monitoring but also for gas monitoring in various industries.

Compact Oil Content Analyzer new OCMA-500 series  focuses  on enhanced operability and useful functions  enabling  anyone  to handle with no hassle. Offering two models, OCMA-500 series is utilized for various purposes including wastewater monitoring, environmental conservation, and quality control.

The UV300 is a cost-effective online water analyzer focusing on one or two parameters. Based on stable UV-visible spectroscopy it measures organic matter, nitrate, colour, and PAH, with an optional colorimetric module for PO₄, Cl₂, NO₂, Fe, and Al and a laser‑diode turbidity sensor. External probes support pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity. An automatic acid‑cleaning system and long‑life xenon lamp minimize maintenance, and a web‑based interface enables remote control and troubleshooting.
