Diaphragm seals protect the pressure measuring device from contaminated, hot, highly viscous, stagnant, crystallizing, and especially corrosive media.

These transmitters are designed for industrial applications and are used to measure the temperature through pt100 resistance thermometers in 2-wire or 3-wire circuit connections (pt500 or pt1000 linearization upon request). The 4 to 20 ma (2-wire transmitter) or 0 to 10 v (3-wire transmitter) output signal is linear with temperature.The continuous analog signal path enables an extremely fast reaction time of the outputto a change in temperature (continuous analog measurement instead of digital samplingrate), resulting in a low-noise output signal that is insensitive to interference. A very highdegree of precision – even with small ranges – is ensured thanks to the range-specific gainadjustment.Digital communication allows the transmitter to be adapted to the measurement task(range, probe break and fine calibration).Two versions are available to suit specific requirements:instruments with basic type extension 880/990 (adjustable)the transmitters are calibrated for a fixed range but can, at any time, be calibrated for adifferent range through the setup program.Instruments with basic type extension 881/991 (configurable)the required range can be configured through the setup program, without sensorsimulation and measurement.

The smart tube enables diverse temperature measurement to be implemented with a thermostator dial thermometer and a platinum-chip temperature sensor. This occurs at only one measuringpoint. The resistance signal can be converted into an analog or digital signal via a transmitter.The smart fitting for temperature measurement combines the strengths of several jumo devices.The new solution allows the user to continue using the devices (thermostats and dial thermometers)that are already part of the process at the same measuring point and, at the sametime, functionally extend them with electrical temperature measurement.

The multifunctional controller impresses with the individual design of its user interface and hardware equipment. This way, analog as well as digital inputs and outputs, counting inputs, and interfaces can be added as required. The controller masters even complex applications with a second control channel, math and logic functions, and the implementation of control functions via st code.

The flowmeter measures precisely in conductive and non-conductive media. Ultrasonic technology allows it to be absolutely free of wear and maintenance. Its metal-free housing and the plastic pipe in various nominal widths allow it to be used in a flexible manner – even when dealing with corrosive media.

The humidity and temperature transmitter with optional co2 module works with the capacitive measurement method. The wall-mounted version is suitable for use in harsh environments such as storage rooms and production facilities. The humidity sensor is available with various interfaces. It is characterized by ease of installation, robustness, and reliable sensor technology. Innovative single pair ethernet technology enables a direct connection to the jumo cloud and other automation systems.

This product is for monitoring the level and temperature of engine oil and gearbox oil as well as for supporting vehicle diagnosis in modern commercial vehicles, construction machines, and agricultural machines.

This indicator series comprises four universally usable devices in various din formats to display

temperature, pressure, and other process variables.

The devices are characterized by a simple, clearly structured operation that is supported with

texts. Process values and parameters are shown by two 18-segment lcd displays. Types

701552, 701553, and 701554 also have a pixel matrix lcd display for displaying text. Additional

display elements provide information about the switch positions of the outputs and about certain

functions (e.G. Timer). The devices are operated using a membrane keyboard with 4 keys and

can be used under harsh environmental influences thanks to the high ip65 protection type.

The basic type includes a min/max value display function, a hold function, a taring function, limit

value monitoring functions, digital control signals, extensive timer functions, and a service counter.

Optionally, the devices can be upgraded with a math and logic function and with st code functionality

for the realization of user-specific functions. The st code functionality additionally allows

direct access to the display and operating keys and thus an individual design of the device operation.

The dicon touch is a universal process and program controller with 4 control channels, whichdisplays information on a vibrant display and is operated intuitively with touchscreen.Up to 4 control channels are available via the tried-and-tested jumo control algorithm with twopossible optimization variants. These enable a simple and highly-accurate startup. Even multiple-zone control, cascade control, or other complex control tasks are therefore possible.In the following block diagram, the various hardware options of the modular hardware conceptare depicted. 4 analog universal inputs and up to 8 external inputs can acquire a variety of physicalmeasured values with high precision. Thanks to different output variants, the actuators canbe controlled directly in the device, either in an analog manner or digitally. These can be expandedfurther through external digital outputs. To communicate with higher-level systems, interfacessuch as modbus (master/slave), profibus, profinet-rt, or ethernet with web server, canbe used.To ensure secure process operation, the device has password-protected user administration withindividual assignment of rights for different levels or control commands. Screen masks for controllers,program generators, recording, and for overview screens are ready-made and available.Four individual process screens can be created as desired using the configuration software. Importantanalog and digital process values can be saved in a tamper-proof manner with the recordingextra code, visualized graphically, and exported to pc in a tamper-proof manner viainterface or usb flash drive.The configuration software allows for the process controller to be programmed with ease, formath and logic coherences to be described, and for customer-specific linearizations to be created.Additionally, tools are included for simulating external signals or the control process, or to recordfor the duration of the startup.A comprehensive alarm and limit value concept as well as flexible digital signal managementcomplete the "all-in-one device".

Screw-in thermocouples are preferentially used for measuring temperatures in fluids and gases.A decisive selection criterion is the reliable sealing feature of this installation type with vacuumand with overpressure. Application fields are found, amongst others, in heating, furnace/kilnand process technology.The connection head is suitable for ambient temperatures up to +100 c. The versions buz,buzh and bbk are also available in addition to the standard connection head, form b.Sheaths made of stainless steel protect the measuring insert against chemical influences andmechanical damage.Thermocouples (elements) as per din en 60584, class 2 and din 43710 are set into themeasuring insert. Versions with two thermocouples are also possible.

The safety temperature limiter jumo safetym stb and the safety temperature monitor jumosafetym stw are used to reliably detect and avert hazards that could cause injuries to people,that could be harmful to the environment, or that could cause destruction of production plantsand produced goods at an early stage.Its primary task is to reliably monitor thermal processes and switch the systems to an operationalsafe status in the event of malfunctions.The measured value at the analog input can be recorded by various probes or standard signals.The exceedance of the limit value is indicated by the installed leds k1 and k2 (red) foreach channel, and the safety relevant relay output alarm (terminal 14 and 16) switches thesystem to an operational safe status (alarm range).The high standards of din en 61508 and din en iso 13849 are met by a device concept thathas a 1oo2d structure (2-channel structure with diagnostic channel) which ensures reliable detectionof errors. This device concept can also be used for applications that correspond to thenew machinery directive 2006/42/ec.Other measured variables, such as pressure, can also be safely switched off via connectionvariant 5.

Premium matierals and components make jumo tecline hd electrodes particularly suitable forthe most demanding applications in process and industrial measurement technology. They aredesigned as combination electrodes (glass or metal electrodes and reference electrodes in oneshaft). Depending on the model, a pt1000 temperature probe can be optionally integrated.An optimised ptfe ring diaphragm enables a quick response time while at the same time beinglargely impervious to greater pollution loads or oily/fatty process water and wastewater. Alternatively,a variant with a pinhole diaphragm is available as the optimal solution for processes witha high solids content (e.G. Wastewater with sand particles or media that is subject to precipitationand/or crystallization reactions).Jumo tecline hd electrodes are state-of-the-art for modern ph and redox electrodes. Each topqualityelectrode is individually tested and supplied with a calibration certificate. Modern productionfacilities ensure consistent characteristics.All standard electrodes are manufactured using physiologically safe and fda-listed materials.They feature lead-free shaft glass and therefore comply with the rohs-2 directive.

Jumo digiline electronics permit transmission of the measured value from the sensor to themeasuring or automation device via digital bus communication or as an analog signal. The digitaldevice version has a 5-pole, the analog version an 8-pole m12 plug connector. The 5-pole digilineelectronics supports plug & play operation on the jumo aquis touch s/p or in modbusoperation on the jumo mtron t. Several sensors continuously transmit their measurementdata over the bus to a master. As an alternative, the 8-pole device version can also be used. Itis designed as a 2-wire transmitter with analog output and transmits measured values in the formof a scalable standard signal (4 to 20 ma). The 8-pole device version features a digital input thatcan be configured as a switching signal of the analog output value between ph measured valueand temperature value as well as a hold signal for the analog output value. Additionally, the digitalinput for the measurement inputs of the eight-pole device version can be configured as a holdsignal.

The level probe measures the level of liquids continuously and hydrostatically. It can be used in ventilated tanks at filling heights from 2.50 to 25 mh2o. The level probe is used, among other places, in pumping stations or storage tanks.

The float switch is typically used to switch alarms, pumps, signal lamps, valves, and horns via a contact protection relay. When connected to intrinsically safe electrical circuits, the intrinsically safe [ex I] Version of the product meets the requirements.

The product is intended as a platform for measuring, controlling, recording, and displaying the ph value/redox, electrolytic conductivity, high-purified water resistance, temperature, disinfection measurands (such as free chlorine, total chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and peracetic acid), and the totalized flow rate.

Jumo varitron 500 touch is based on the jumo jupiter modular platform. The central processing unit, in combination with the proven input and output modules from jumo, forms an overall system with integrated plc (codesys v3.5) and enables visualization via touch panel.

Thyristor power switches are required for contactless switching of the alternating current loads. A typical application is the switching of resistive inductive loads at a high switching frequency, particularly in the industrial sector.

With the 3-port router module, you can arrange the jumo varitron automation system in a decentralized and free way. It enables input and output modules to be distributed over several din rails or control cabinets. A maximum distance of 100 m is possible between 2 router modules or between the central unit and the router module.

Screw-in rtd temperature probes are predominantly used for measuring temperatures in liquidsand gases. The reliable tightness of this installation type under negative pressure as well asoverpressure is an important selection criterion. The application areas are, among others, in airconditioningand refrigeration technology as well heater and furnace construction and apparatusengineering.The terminal head is suitable for temperatures up to +100 °c. In addition to the standard form bconnection head, the buz, buzh, bbk, ab7, and kgi-1 design types are also available.A pt100 temperature sensor according to din en 60751:2009 / iec 60751:2008 (temperaturecoefficient α = 3.850 × 10-3 °c-1), class b in two-wire circuit, is used as standard as the measuringinsert; versions with pt500 or pt1000 are also possible. The connection is optionally possiblein a three-wire and four-wire circuit. A transmitter can be integrated into the terminal head as anoption.

The Jumo IPC 300 is an electronic transformer for controlling heating loads. Due to the amplitude control, the mains current is proportional to the required performance. This reduces interference (flicker, harmonics) and energy costs while increasing the durability of mosi2 and sic heating elements, which in turn reduces operating costs.

The IoT platform for process visualization, data acquisition, evaluation, and archiving enables worldwide access to measurement data via common web browsers. The JUMO Cloud is characterized by high security as well as valuable visualization, alarm, and planning functions.

Platinum-chip temperature sensors belong to the category of temperature sensors that are madeusing thin film technology. Because they are mounted on surfaces (smt, surface-mount technology),the smd sensors are suitable for surface or ambient temperature measurements on circuitboards. They are the preferred option for temperature monitoring or compensation circuits and have numerous applications in temperature probes. Combined cold/heat meter rtd temperature probes are used for temperature measurement inclosed pipeline systems. Direct mounting without an additional immersion sleeve is recommendedto achieve optimum thermal coupling to the measurement medium in the heating system.The temperature probes are approved according to the eu directive 2014/32/eu (mid) as wellas according to the german weights and measures act (mess- und eichgesetz or messeg).The implementation of the requirements of the european directive 2014/32/eu (mid) and thegerman weights and measures act (messeg) ensures that our temperature probe pairs can bedeployed as a sub-assembly for cold and heat meters when operated in line with their intendeduse.The temperature probes are also available in paired and conformity-assessed versions. The multifunction panel is used for simple and clear measured data visualization, operation, configuration, and parameterization of the system. As an interface between user and machine, the panel allows an optimal and clearly arranged insight into the process statuses and parameters of the system.

The jumo logoscreen 601 paperless recorder is characterized by an intuitive, icon-basedoperation and visualization concept that makes it easy to operate.Different versions of the jumo logoscreen 601 are available for process data recording.The scalability allows for flexible adaptation to various customer requirements: from the deviceversion without measurement input (24 process values via interface) through to different deviceversions with up to 6 measurement inputs (universal analog inputs), 2 analog outputs, 12 digitalinputs, 12 individually switchable digital inputs/outputs. The highly-precise, electronic temperature switch consists of a protection tube with built-in temperaturesensor, a process connection, and attached housing with lcd display for the electronics.Depending on the application, the following output variants are available: 1× pnp or 2× pnpswitching output (binary output) or 1× pnp switching output and 1× analog output. The configurationof the output signal and the measuring range can be customized. Depending on the version,the electronic temperature switch can be used in an operating temperature range from -50 to +150 °c, -50 to +260 °c, and -50 to +500 °c. The digital pressure measuring cell is used to measure the pressure of liquid and gaseous media.In contrast to conventional pressure measuring cells, it is an active component that suppliesa factory temperature-compensated and calibrated digital output signal (i²c). The ceramic thickfilm sensorwith integrated signal processing is hermetically encapsulated and provides stableand precise linearity and accuracy values even under adverse conditions.The digital pressure measuring cells use standard measuring ranges for relative pressure measurements.In addition, individual adjustments of the measuring range can be taken into consideration.The compact design type of the digital pressure measuring cell and the low current consumptionopen up applications as a module of a pressure transmitter, a level probe or the direct integrationinto customer applications such as handheld devices or battery operated devices of any kind.For electric connection to downstream electronic components, versions with jst connector oredge connector are possible.The pressure measuring cell can be accessed using an i²c interface and setup program. The capacitive level switch identifies the level of liquids and solids. It can also be used in pressurized tanks or pipes. Typically, the level switch is used in industrial environments for applications with requirements for overflow and dry-run protection or for media detection (such as sludge in separation processes).

According to data sheets 202630 to 202637 for measurands of water disinfectant and watertreatment (e.G. Free chlorine and total chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, andperacetic acid), membrane-covered sensors must have fittings for correct operation and as anoption can also be monitored for correct inflow velocity.Combination fitting (type 202811/10...)the compact combination fitting can hold several electro-chemical sensors and is typically usedfor disinfection monitoring of drinking and bathwater as well as slightly polluted process andcooling water. The sensors are easily visible through the fitting's crystal-clear design and can bevisually inspected for pollutants.

Hygrostats are primarily used as simple two-state controllers to control the relative humidity in conditioning cabinets and air ducts as well as to control air humidifiers and dehumidifiers in the building technology industry.
