The pH, ORP, conductivity, and oxygen transmitters from Knick enable precise process monitoring with analog and digital/Memosens sensors in industrial applications. Our robust transmitters offer advanced diagnostic functions and support common communication protocols for seamless system integration. They are also available in hygienic versions or with explosion protection and guarantee maximum reliability and product quality in all industries, e.g. in the chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and food processing industries.

In combination with the Protos process analysis system and a SensoGate or Ceramat retractable fitting, our electro-pneumatic controller provides the ideal functionality of a complete system for automatic process control of a pH measurement point.

The measurement remains highly accurate even under difficult process conditions such as high pressure, high temperature and high levels of impurities. In addition, calibration is performed without interrupting the process, even when measuring directly in the pressure vessel.

For measuring pH, ORP, conductivity, and oxygen in process applications, we offer a variety of analog and digital Memosens sensors that were developed and optimized in close collaboration with users. Knick sensors require little maintenance and provide highly precise measurements with a robust design and long-lasting materials for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as in the areas of energy and the environment.

Knick’s fittings offer safety and convenience when measuring pH, ORP, oxygen, and conductivity using a wide range of sensors. The product range extends from immersion fittings to inline fittings, flow-through fittings, and retractable fittings up to fully automatic calibration and cleaning systems.

Knick process fittings are especially suitable for use in industrial conditions, such as at high pressures, high temperatures, and in highly corrosive or aggressive media. Knick retractable fittings are currently the first choice for applications in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, dyes, oil, and sugar.

Whether an immersion fitting, inline fitting, flow-through fitting, or retractable fitting, regardless of the sensor – Knick fittings are produced in-house from a variety of materials (PVDF, PEEK, or stainless steel), thereby allowing their flexible use in a broad range of processes.
